1. Upload and interpret
PDF, scanned PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP or text. Up to six files, eight pages per PDF, 8 MB per file and 12 MB total. Images must be at most 16 million pixels and 8,192 pixels on either side.
2. Choose products
Building-block quote prices and whole-SKU prices are different sources. The worksheet labels the selected source and never silently substitutes one for the other.
3. Review the applicable charges
Confirm the source rule, units and conditions for each line. A copay replaces the entire selected line charge. Do not apply a standard-lens copay to a premium design or whole SKU unless that full charge is supported.
